Staff at this hotel were extremely helpful and welcoming. The hotel is a good 13-15 minute walk from the main town and taxis are few and far on weekends. Staff were very helpful trying to secure taxi rides on our behalf. Reasonable breakfast. Fantastic juice machine. Would suggest hiring a car to stay in Erba, otherwise challenging for transport or expensive. The restaurant and food was fabulous.

Extremely friendly staff. The room we booked turned out to be unsuitable for the family and we were moved at the next available option. The restaurant is one of the best ones in Erba. Indoor pool and sauna is very nicely maintained.

Great and huge room. Very clean and comfortable. Staff were super friendly and I loved the big sofas at the entrance.

The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing! Some items you were allowed to take by yourself, but other items were served to you by the staff and it wasn't very clear which foods belonged to what category. The restaurant where you eat dinner (supper) is also excellent. The food was superb and the service as well! This was one of the very few restaurants in Italy where we didn't need to argue with the waiter / chef to have our pasta served together with our fish and vegetables (because we prefer it that way). Wonderful! Free parking, great airconditioning and spacious rooms are also big 'plusses'.
